What initially started as a project called Pink for October, where a variety of artists in the hip-hop, pop, R&B and indie rock genres would record short public-service announcements aimed at creating breast cancer awareness that would air throughout the month, has turned into a mega live show at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles featuring top-notch entertainers and a crucial fund-raising event for Young Survival Coalition.

The concert was sold out days before and The Hollywood Bowl holds more than 17,000 seats. $2 of every ticket sold benefits the “Young Survival Coalition.
